Activity reports
UPDATED – The Commissioner shall draw up an annual report on the Commissioner’s activities, which may include a list of types of infringement notified and types of measures taken in accordance with Article 58(2). The Commissioner must arrange for those reports to be laid before Parliament and send a copy to the Secretary of State. They shall be made available to the public.
